Brazilian Suzano Papel e Celulose has divested its distribution paper business SPP-KSR. "Suzano's commitment with the market, its clients and partners has been always driving the company to improve its products and services. The unification of SPP-KSR with Suzano is a new customer service model, which has a regional format," Suzano stated.
The company explained that the new model uses organizational structures based on sales regions (north and northeast, southeast, south, São Paulo interior and Midwest, and São Paulo), as well as four regional distribution centers and 16 local distribution center (former SPP-KSR units). The new sales model brings benefits such as faster delivery and product availability, better acknowledgement of regional customers' needs, and more synergy between sales teams, the company says.
