Ukraine's Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill completes stock preparation upgrade at its PM#2. The company succeeded to increase the capacity of OCC line and reduce operational downtime. Waste paper consumption reduced and energy saved to 20% during stock preparation process, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

“Due to the new cleaning and fractionating system, we were able to shorten amount of small impurities, reduce stickers in stock and decrease fiber content in rejects,” the company said.

Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill is one of the largest enterprises in Europe on cardboard and paper products, is part of the Austrian Pulp Mill Holding. In general release of pulp and paper products in Ukraine the share of about 30%.
