Segezha Group's Sokolsky PPM PJSC and Vologda Paper Mill LLC have signed the collective agreement, as Segezha Group said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The document, which entered into force and effect on January 1, 2018, retained all social guarantees and compensation of the previous collective agreement, and additional benefits were accepted as well. In particular, the provision of material assistance to parents with many children of first-graders is enshrined; the fixed amount of the financial assistance for the birth of a child and 100% payment of New Year’s gifts for the employees’ children are provided for therein. All the terms and conditions of the collective agreement fully comply with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and with the requirements for the labor protection.

Segezha Group is one of the largest Russian forest industry holdings with the vertically integrated structure and a full cycle of logging and added-value wood processing.
