Romanian paper producer to invest €2 million

Romanian paper producer Rom Paper has unveiled plans to invest about €2 million this year with the aim of purchasing new machinery and upgrading its output capacity, according to senior company representatives.

“We are always preoccupied with ensuring a high quality of our products, This allowed us to expand our presence in the Romanian, Czech, Polish, Moldovan, Bulgarian and Lithuanian markets,” Claudiu Puchin, the company’s executive director, told local business daily Borsa.

The paper producer was set up in 2002, and it owns a production facility in Brasov, Romania.
