To expand its financing base, Ponsse Plc has signed an agreement on a Finnish commercial paper programme to the value of Euro 50 million, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The main organiser of the programme is OP Corporate Bank. The brokers are OP Corporate Bank and Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch. This financial restructuring will diversify Ponsse Plc’s financial base and strengthen the Group’s normal financing of its investments and working capital.

Ponsse Plc specialises in the sales, production, maintenance and technology of cut-to-length method forest machines.
