Orient Paper, Inc. is building production facilities in the Wei County Industrial Park in Hebei Province, China, for tissue paper production, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Construction of the factory and associated infrastructure is progressing, and the production of tissue paper is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2015.
