mutares AG took over Metsä Board Zanders GmbH on May 20, 2015. The acquisition contract was signed after approval was granted by the German Federal Cartel Office. The company will be trading under the name of Zanders GmbH, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Lennart Schley and John Tucker are the new managing directors, effective immediately. The new management intends to achieve sustainable growth with the company’s entire product portfolio, which includes Chromolux, Zanlabel Gloss, Zanlabel Touch, Zanflex, RX Nature, Zanpack and Silver Digital. All of these products will be continued, and supplemented with new ones.
