Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group, has completed the divestment of the entire share capital of Metsä Wood France SAS to German investment holding firm mutares AG, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Metsä Wood provides competitive and environmentally friendly wood products for construction, industrial customers and distributor partners. Metsä Wood is part of Metsä Group.
