An unnamed group of investors has withdrawn from talks about the possible sale of Papierfabrik Walsum.

There has been another setback for insolvent LWC producer Papierfabrik Walsum. Negotiations being carried out by the preliminary insolvency administrator with an unnamed group of potential investors over the past two weeks have collapsed.

Now the insolvency administrator wants to enter into talks with other interested parties, above all players who are already familiar with the paper mill and did not get a chance in the first investor process.

In the meantime, production of LWC in Walsum will continue.
