Austrian paper merchant Europapier has bought the outstanding shares in Eu-Ro Handeslges.m.b.H.

At the end of last week, Heinzel Group affiliate Europapier took over Rondo Ganahl’s 50 % share in paper merchant Eu-Ro Handelsges.m.b.H. and now owns 100 % of the company. The agreement is still subject to the approval of competition authorities, informs Europapier. The acquisition of the outstanding shares will not have an impact on the organisation and responsibilities within Eu-Ro Handelsges.m.b.H.

The acquisition will help to strengthen Europapier’s leading market position and to enter new customer and market segments, the company expects.
