After acquiring three sheeting plants from International Paper last year, Atlantic Packaging informed clients and customers it plans to close an acquisition of Lakeland Paper Converting in Sturgis, MI, on March 31.

Lakeland has four sheeter lines with a focus on bleached paperboard that mirrors Atlantic's Charlotte, NC, plant's business, the company said.
