Company : NETZSCH Pumpen&Systeme GmbH

Category : Pumps and Mixers

Key Products : Cavity and Lobe Pumps for Paper Industry

For more than six decades, NETZSCH has manufactured positive displacement pumps worldwide. The NEMO® progressing cavity pumps and TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps are designed specifically for the most demanding pumping applications. They range in size from the industry‘s smallest metering pumps to high-volume pumps for applications in the oil and gas or mining industries

The headquarter of Pumps & Systems, is located in Germany. But manufacturing facilities also located in Brazil, China, India, Singapre and the US, and with 30 direct sales offices and over 200 agents, NETZSCH is ideally located wherever you are.

NETZSCH pumps are used because of their usable quality for aggressive and toxic medias. They are designed through extensive range of materials of construction. These pumps provide low-pulsation conveyance and are easy to maintain.

NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump

NEMO® progressing cavity pumps have a very broad application range and are used in all branches of industry for the continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any substance. One advantage for the operator is that such a valve less positive-displacement pump is also capable of transporting stringy material safely.  Whether for sludge, chemical substances, adhesives or petroleum, one of the pump types by NETZSCH in four rotor/stator geometries and a selection of engineered joints make sure to suit every application.

Various NEMO® progressing cavity pumps are available  for the applications in the processing industries:

  • NEMO® in FSIP® design - can be used in any area of industry where a great variety of different substances must be pumped or very precisely dosed. The FSIP® concept is especially interesting where pumps are installed in wear intensive applications requiring more service and maintenance work. Every time the installer' s workload is eased, additional work steps are avoided and maintenance time is reduced, this enables savings in terms of capacities and costs.
  • The NEMO® N-IPOS® CY C.Pro® Dosing Pump - is a fully synthetic pump for the precise dosing of a great variety of chemicals in environmental technology and the chemical industry.
  • The NEMO® SY - used for demanding applications, this pump can be run with any type of drive, such as servo motors, diesel motors or hydraulic drives.
  • The NEMO® BY - is used where a great variety of different substances must be pumped or very precisely dosed.
  • The NEMO® BP Pump - is used to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance with dosing in proportion to rotation speed.
  • The NEMO® BF - is employed primarily for highly viscous, compacted and crumbly substances that do not have a tendency to bridge.
  • The NEMO® BO/BS - is employed in almost all branches of industry to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance.

TORNADO® T2 Rotary Lobe Pump

Further NETZSCH offers TORNADO® Rotary Lobe Pump

NETZSCH TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps are very versatile stand-alone equipment. They are used primarily in environmental technology and the chemical industry for continuous and gentle conveyance of almost any substance while dosing in proportion to rotation speed. Their low space requirements and high power density are only two of their most important advantages.

These pumps are available in 2 types:

  • The TORNADO® rotary lobe pump -   is a positive displacement pump, which  provides quick and easy access to the pump chamber, including the inlet and outlet ports, by simply removing the cover plate. This provides improved access for inspection, cleaning, service and replacing parts.
  • The TORNADO® Mobile -   a TORNADO® rotary lobe pump mounted onto a trailer, is ideal for use in changing application surroundings.
