Enviva Partners, LP Increases Distribution Over Previous Quarter

Enviva Partners, LP announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per common and subordinated unit for the second quarter of 2016, representing a $0.015, or 2.9 percent, increase from the Partnership’s first quarter distribution. The quarterly distribution will be paid Monday, August 29, 2016, to unitholders of record as of the close of business Monday, August 15, 2016.

“Based on our strong operating and financial performance, we are pleased to be able to increase our distribution again this quarter,” said John Keppler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “We have increased our distribution every quarter since our IPO and that is a trend we expect to continue.”

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enviva Partners, LP (NYSE: EVA) (the “Partnership” or “we”) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per common and subordinated unit for the second quarter of 2016, representing a $0.015, or 2.9 percent, increase from the Partnership’s first quarter distribution.
