Roseburg Forest Products Co. announced that it has agreed to purchase from SierraPine the Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) facility located in Medford, OR. While details of the transaction are not available, the acquisition is contemplated to close by mid to late September 2015.

The Medford, Oregon plant is a well-run facility and we anticipate a smooth transition. The acquisition represents a key strategic move for Roseburg in our composite panel business.”
