Chair of Norske Skogindustrier ASA, Jon-Aksel Torgersen, has through his 100% owned company Fiducia AS, bought 500 000 shares in Norske Skog at a price of NOK 1.90 ($0.23). New holding is 3 486 644 shares, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

President and CEO Sven Ombudstvedt has bought 300 000 shares in Norske Skog at a price of NOK 1.925 ($0.23). New holding is 2 012 149 shares, whereof 1 000 000 is own through his 100% owned company Elle Holding.

Norske Skog is one of the largest suppliers of newsprint and an important source of paper for the magazine and directory sectors.
