Several manufacturers of woodfree uncoated paper have announced fresh mark-ups in Germany. Prices had certainly increased a bit after price hikes were announced in April, but suppliers had to accept cutbacks in these hikes.

Woodfree coated paper producers said that they had gradually contacted their buyers about a planned price hike. They had first focused on reels, but the folio sheet business was now in the spotlight.
