Duraplay announced that BRUKS Rockwood was awarded the contract to supply a horizontal feed Drum Chipper for processing debarked softwood pine. The Drum Chipper will handle a wide variety of log lengths and diameters. BRUKS is designing the Drum Chipper to support Duraplay’s MDF plant. Full scale operations of this facility are expected to begin in the fall of 2015.
