Södra Wood plans to replace one of their band saw lines with a full optimizing profiling line from AriVislanda, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

This sawline developed between Södra Wood, Långasjö and AriVislanda will get the highest technique level of what is available today, such as 3D-scanning with rescan for auto log rotation, profiling with scewing technique, controlled curve sawing to mention some functions. Each log will be optimized to give the best possible yield and in combination with a high throughput achieve a sustained profitabillity.

The Project will be accomplished in the summer 2017.

AriVislanda AB produces and wholesales sawmill cutting machine tools including saws, separators, and chippers.
