Parason Machinery - Refiners, Dispersers, Cleaning and Screening Equipment, Pulping and Deinking Equipment, Disperger Systems, Pulping Systems
Parason Machinery manufactures a range of dispersers, refiners, screenings, deinking equipment, spares, etc. catering to the needs of the pulp and paper industry. The company has expanded its presence across the world including Australia, China, Germany, Thailand, UK, Chile, etc.
Parason Machinery manufactures a wide range of products for paper mills, wood and starch industries.
TWIN DISC REFINERS
Parason Machinery manufactures twin disc refiners using splined shaft technology. The inclusion of splined shaft technology enables rotor translation with lesser force, resulting in uniform floating conditions under stock pressure of 12kg/cm² to 2kg/cm².
The exclusive features of our twin disc refiners include a larger refining area, a 60% lighter frame, robust and sturdy construction, zero consumption of fresh water and minimum downtime.
Parason Machinery produces over seven variants of the twin disc refiner based on hydraulic capacity, consistency, motor rating and refiner speed.
The other refiners manufactured by Parason Machinery include Confiner, Tri Disc Deflakers and Trapmagni.
CLEANING AND SCREENING EQUIPMENT
Parason Machinery's horizontal pressure screen is designed for coarse screening at the pulp mill / stock stage and with waste paper / mill pulp.
The horizontal pressure screen is equipped with a specially designed rotor that avoids string formation. The advantages of the horizontal pressure screen include low power consumption, easy access to screen basket and rotor and compatibility with coarse and fine screening.
Available in two models, the horizontal pressure screen can be used for reject handling and ensures excellent screening. In addition, Parason Machinery manufactures reject screens, trommel screens and pressure screens.
PULPING AND DEINKING EQUIPMENT
Parason's high consistency pulper is designed to connect to the dilution pulper. The dilution pulper separates the plastic and other foreign material and dilutes the high consistency pulp to medium consistency for stock transfer and further processing. This pulper is equipped with a 6mmØ to 8mmØ drilled screen plate with an impeller rotating against the screen. The impact of the impeller separates the fibres from the rejects.
The advantages of a dilution pulper include:
- Uncut contaminants from the hi-consistency pulper is removed with negligible fibre loss
- The hi-consistency pulper is ready for the next batch immediately after emptying out as the isolating valve isolates the dilution pulper from main pulper
- The dilution pulper works as a first coarse screen thereby reducing the load on proceeding equipment
- Removal of large foreign contaminants eliminates risk of stock pulp jamming in successive operations
Parason Machinery also produces hi-consistency pulpers, low-consistency pulpers, fibre savers, raggers, sandtraps and deinking cells.
BEDPLATE AND IMPELLORS
The bedplates and impellors manufactured by Parason Machinery are equipped with high stability accurate hole diameters, burr-free and smooth hole surfaces.
CERAMIC COATED AND HARDENED SLEEVES
The ceramic coated and hardened sleeves are abrasion-, heat- and cavitation-resistant. The sleeves are centrifugally cast in martensitic SS metal.
HIGH CONSISTENCY PULPER ROTORS
Parason Machinery manufactures world-class high consistency pulper rotors. The geometry, profile curvature and large surface area of the rotors transmits energy to the fibres and generates high fibre-to-fibre friction.
SCREEN BASKETS
The screen baskets are a key component in the pulp and paper manufacturing process. Profile bar type slotted screen baskets have high open area for efficient screening. These screen baskets are made on CNC machines with / without profiles.
PROFILE TOOLS
The twin disc refiner is a light, robust and sturdy construction with a large refining area.
The horizontal pressure screen consumes less power and is compatible with coarse and fine screening.
The dilution pulper separates plastic and other foreign material and dilutes the high consistency pulp to medium consistency for stock transfer.
The impellors are equipped with high stability accurate hole diameters and smooth hole surfaces. The hardened sleeves are abrasion, heat and cavitation resistant.
