PAPCEL is a joint-stock company with a long-standing tradition in the production of machines and equipment for the paper industry. The company produces the following: standard machines and equipment for stock preparation plants, standard machines and equipment for paper and board machines, cylinders and rolls, and stock pumps and tanks.

Our manufacturing assortment includes:

• Standard machines and equipment for stock preparation plants focused especially on waste paper processing
• Standard machines and equipment for PM lines (in range from headboxes to rewinders) focused especially on packing materials, special and writing papers and using waste paper as raw material
• Rolls (pressure, non-pressure) with diameter up to 1,500mm and lenght up to 8,000mm, supplies of shafts
• Pumps for maximal stock consistency of 6% for paper industry, food industry and waste economy
• Tanks (pressure, non-pressure)

PAPER MACHINES - TECHNOLOGY

We are able to deliver paper machines with working widths of 800mm up to 6,000mm. The speed of operation ranges from only some m/min on the slowest acting special machines up to 800m/min - 1,000m/min with the most modern and heavy-duty machines.

STOCK PREPARATION AND WASTE PAPER TREATMENT - TECHNOLOGY

Our technologic lines for stock preparation and waste paper treatment include:

• OCC: complete preparation plants for kraft liner, linerboard
• OMP: complete preparation plant for solid fibreboard and news bogus paper
• ONP, OMG, OFW: DIP preparation plants for tissue, printing and writing papers
• Lines for the treatment of laminated papers (tetrapacks) and papers of higher wet-strength: for fibre recovery and their reutilization in the paper industry

Examples of our complete PAPCEL technology lines include:

• OCC line for production of kraft liner (stock preparation line of 500 TPD OCC for cardboard production)
• Plant for the treatment of laminated papers and wet-strength papers
• Deinking plant (preparation of deinked pulp)

• The great welder's licence granted by the SLV Berlin, entitling to build steel structures
• Certificate for the manufacturing of pressure tanks according to the AD Merkblatt HP 0
• Authorisation to manufacture pressure tanks up to 2MPa
• Authorisation to manufacture lifting mechanism of "C" class
