Paper Cone Making Machine

Paper Cone making machines are of different types like fully automatic paper cone making machine, automatic paper cone making machine, semi-automatic paper cone making machine. Fully automatic paper cone making machine feed the paper roll to the machine pattern inside printing and outside printing, inside and outside grinding pattern cutting and cone winding, top and bottom cutting and ejection by air systems. Automatic paper cone making machine reel the paper by feeding with automatic cone production with automatic pattern feeding by automatic system and cone ejection by pneumatic system. Semi-automatic paper cone making machine is suitable for all types of cone manufacturing. Capacity of these paper cone making machines is 23 cones, and are handled by 2 persons.

Paper Tube Making Machine

Paper tube making machine is used for making spiral type paper tube. Three types of paper tube making machines are available. The models of paper tube making machine vary depend upon the thickness of the paper. The models of the paper tube making machine also vary depending upon the type ID of the machine. Paper tube making machine produce 5 feet to 40 feet per minute depending upon the tube thickness and length of production. The labor required for paper tube making machine is 2 persons.
