Load Cells

Wide selections of load cells are available for Paper, Film & Foil Converting and other industries. Loads ranging from 50 N to 30000 N are available. All operating with strain gauges and equipped with a mechanical stop which guarantees their reliability. The available output voltage normally is 2mv/v OR 4-20 mA current.

Tension Controller

With more than 30 years of experience in this sector. TENSIOMATIC tension control system is certainly the best known, available for standard version or with bespoke software. Recently we developed two new tension controllers simple and compact. Mega and T-One.

Pneumatic Brakes and Clutches

COMBIFLEX Air cooled Pneumatic  brakes are available with torque values of up to 4620 Nm. Very well known in paper industries and applicable for at unwinder of paper sheeter, slitter and converting.

Electromagnetic Powder Brakes and Clutches

ELFLEX Electromagnetic powder brakes and clutches are available with torque ranging from 2 to 500 Nm, available with radiator and fan for improved dispersible power

Web guide System

Always made only using a stepping motor; the WEBMASTER series web guides, including actuator, steering rollers and pivoting frames , were recently joined by the electronic  RELINK, which can control up to 10 web guides simultaneously.

Expanding Shaft and Safety Chucks

Expanding shaft with strips, keys, tiles all made of aluminum or steel, according to your requirements, for cores measuring from 1” to 6” with optional customized solution. Safety tilt-opening supports or for high speeds, available with axial movement and interchangeable inserts.     

Mechanical Chucks

A wide range of chucks suitable for SHAFTLESS unwind solution. Range includes the classic type with axial thrust with keys (TM/A, TM/B and EXPANGRIP) to rotating ones (ROTOGRIP). All types are available with single and double diameter. The MX16.3 type is pneumatic-mechanical complete with a set of adapters for 4”, 5”and 6”cores.
