Dryer

Dryer is an apparatus used for restrained paper drying in order to produce high performance paper with enhanced stiffness and, in the process, substantially Dryer improve paper properties and reduce fiber usage. Paper web dryer is held in a restrained position on a fabric by air suction imposed from beneath the web and is of sufficient application to prevent shrinkage of the web. The web is simultaneously dried by high velocity, high temperature air or superheated steam in the dryer. For improved finish properties, the wet paper web may be pressed onto a polished heated metal cylinder with restraint being imposed by gluing in the dryer. The energy cost for removing the last traces of moisture by evaporation is becoming increasingly expensive. To solve this problem, Harjit’s Dryer system components are designed to provide best drying efficiency and uniform drying control. The correctly designed condensate system in the dryer contributes to the evaporation economy. The drying cylinder can be provided with stationary siphons or inside mounted bucket system for proper removal of condensate. Dryer with heavy duty Cast Iron Framing is also available with the company.

Separplast

Nowadays most of the paper mills producing paper from recycled waste paper are facing a problem of plastic hot meits etc. coming with the waste paper, particularly the light weight contraries used for making cartons. This light weight contraries not only create problem in forming but also increase the number of breaks thus reducing production of paper. The SEPARPLAST is developed to over come this problem. This having a drum carrying special profile of hardened tip which rotates inside a perforated busket in a high peripheral speed. Separplast is a zero fibre reject equipment and only the light weight contraries come out through the reject outlet and is normally carried to a vibrating screen to separate the same from water. The Separplast operates with a consistency of 3.5 to 5%. The accept consistency is a little lower of 0.2-0.25% due to the addition of washing water. Harjit offer a range of Separplast that is manufactured from superior quality stainless steel with base frame and stiffeners in mild steel. The economy model of Separplast is manufactured entirely using mild steel with 55 cladding in the feed chamber.

Turbo

Turbo separator is suitable for separating unwanted materials from pulp like metal places, heavy water resistance particles, pins & works as a plastic catcher. Turbo has fabricated body, S.S.Impeller and perforated plate. This turbo separator combines high-speed performance along with versatility. The turbo separator manufactured by Harjit is of the highest quality available in the industry. Turbo available with them is a gamut of separators that is manufactured from premium quality mild steel with an option of internal ling of stainless steel. Stainless steel is used to make the rotor and screen (2-4 mm perforation) of the turbo seperators. The turbo separators are an effective way of separating the heavy and light impurities and cause less of fiber loss. Turbo separator requires 2 - 3% consistency for better result.

Triple Disc Refiner

Triple Disc Refiners can be used to refine the waste paper pulp. The fiber source material is ground and/or mechanically treated such that the material may be broken down further and refined into individual fibers. The Triple Disc Refiner breaks down wood chips and clumps of wood fibers into individual fibers from which paper may be formed. Triple Disc refiners are used in the paper manufacturing industry to prepare the cellulose fibers of a paper pulp into a desired condition prior to delivering the pulp to the papermaking machine. The Triple Disc Refiners, as they move past each other, separate and refine the wood pulp as it passes between the opposed disks. Triple Disc Refiners controls stock flow, pick up the left part and is responsible for good single layer/multi layers formation and substance profile across the full web. Press

Available with Harjit is a gamut of paper pulp press section that is manufactured as per the latest technology and is designed to provide efficient water removal. M.G.Section

M.G.Section Cylinder is an excellent former for good formation of the paper. M.G.Section improves the machine direction moisture profile; excessive steam usage and pressure roll vibration. M.G.Section cylinder surface is machined and grinded to achieve mirror finish. These M.G.Section cylinders can be provided with scooping system for removal of condensate efficiently.
